Counselling offers help and support when something is troubling you or causing you distress.  My aim is to provide a quality of care that will enable you to find personal meaning or make positive lasting changes to your life and relationships.

Based is in Charlton Kings, Cheltenham and easily accessible from the town centre and routes from Cirencester and Oxford, my dedicated practice room provides a discreet and professional setting where you can come and talk in confidence about what is on your mind.  

I work with individuals on a range of issues including; depression, difficulties around confidence and relationships as well as bereavement and anxiety (please visit the FAQ pages for more).  As an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) I work to their ethical code of practice.
