Counselling and Psychotherapy can help young people who are experiencing difficulties in their lives, who want to find positive solutions to problems and to reach their full potential.
I provide a professional, confidential and non-judgemental service for young people in Gloucestershire. In a safe and appropriate venue in central Cheltenham; difficult feelings can be explored, solutions to problems found and the skills and confidence to manage life's difficulties gained.
I am a qualified Intergrative Counsellor and accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I am also a member of BACP's Counselling Children and Young People division. I have many years' experience helping young people between the ages of 11 and 25 with:
School/college work difficulties, anxiety, depression, self injury, compulsive behaviours, anger management, relationship difficulties, family separation, low self esteem, body image, complicated relatiionships with food, sexuality and many other issues that feel hard to cope with alone.
I have specialist training in working with childhood abuse, sexual assault, problematic drug and alcohol use.
