I am a counsellor, supervisor and lecturer in counselling. I am based in North Gloucestershire where I have worked for over 15 years.
My private practice offers one to one counselling to clients and counselling supervision to counsellors. In my supervision practice I work with experienced counsellors while also having a special interest in supervising newly qualified counsellors. As a lecturer in counselling I train students on the very successful Foundation Degree in Counselling at Gloucestershire College in Cheltenham.

I have been working as a counsellor in a voluntary and professional capacity since 1992. I am a Senior Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a UKRCP Registered Independent Counsellor.
For twelve years I worked as the college counsellor at Gloucestershire College and I now combine running a busy private practice with lecturing in counselling and coordinating the volunteers at the Cheltenham branch of Listening Post, a Gloucestershire based counselling charity.
I work with a very wide range of presenting issues including, but not limited to the following: abuse, anxiety, bereavement and loss, depression, bullying, emotional abuse, self confidence and esteem, relationships, stress and work related issues. My approach is to work holistically with your experiences over time in order to develop your self understanding and insight.
