Counselling can help with stress

Sometimes what we are managing can lead to stress.  Stress affects people differently and while little bit of stress can be productive, give you motivation and sometimes help you to perform better; too much stress can lead to physical, mental and emotional problems.  You may seek counsel-ling in order to pinpoint what is causing you stress, support you in making changes or developing coping strategies towards a better sense of well-being.
