| What happens in a session? |

The first session is for an hour and a quarter to discuss your current difficulties, what you would like to achieve and to consider whether further sessions would be useful to you.
Subsequent sessions are for 50 minutes and usually on a weekly basis. Regular sessions provide support and continuity, enabling you to reach a deep understanding which makes lasting change possible.
