Losing someone or something you love is very painful and bereavement, the period of grief and mourning after a death, can feel overwhelming and you may wonder if loneliness and sadness will ever go away.
Grieving is part of the normal process of reacting to loss and can result in emotions such as shock, anger and guilt. While these feelings can be overwhelming, they are normal and accepting them as part of the grieving process will help the healing process which counselling can support you with.
